I would like to thank Rosenberg and Rosenberg PA for handling my Workers Compensation case. David Rosenberg handled my case along with Matthew Sosonkin so professionally. They were always there for me when I had questions or problems. And Rosie was an absolute sweetheart. She would always call me and keep me aware of everything going on. Stay away from them. I don't know what this people are taking about. I have a WC case. Their Doctor ignored the MRI results competely. First doctor order the MRI for the wrong body part. then he put fracture in his threapy order eventhough MRI show no fracture. After that it took more 3 months for them to assign a new Doctor who disputed the first Doctors diagnosis. The second doctor kept giving me therapy which insurance company was to trying scheduling me far away places. By that time my tenosinovitis became chronic.The second doctor order an ergonomic evaluation. The attorney office calls me ask me what an ergonomic evaluation was. The expert came in March 2022 wrote a report requiring empoyeer to purchases proper desk chair etc. It took this firm more than 6 months to enforce it. in the mean while, all I was getting therapy no time off. the second doctor ordered an MRI it turned out I have now multiple issues. Unfortunately, he referred me to another surgeon because they required surgery and healing time maybe upto 4 months or more. The insurance company assigned a new Doctor who literally tossed both MRI's in the air and told me I have no issues. Release to work. I was stil working never took any time off. Now, new doctor saw me 3 times (he really spends 5 minutes each time) gave an injection and put me on MMI. All injuries that the second MRI show requires time off/surgery. By the way, first MRI I had a year ago, and it only showed one injjury which was moderate and coud have been fixed with time off (4-6 weeks) and some threpay.This firm does even return my call. Keep sending me emai he will call and they never do. They have these against insurance company they mistakes yet some strange reason they could not do anything. By the way, they were even having a hard time collecting mileage checks. How strange it is. Make up your own mind. Who pays the time off and the surgeries? Insurance company/empoyer. It is more beneficial to the Insurance company and the employer not the injured worker.

I definitely would recommend Rosenberg & Rosenberg, Vincent was my attorney and I loved working with him. I never have a problem reaching him, he keeps me completely updated with everything step by step.
