From the point Attorney Iliza Novack took over my file I was satisfied with the services provided. She kept great communication and explained things to me about the process I was unaware of. Although the policy limits were lower than I would have liked Iliza diligently fought and resulted in the insurance giving the full policy as settlement. Overall I am happy with the results Iliza got for me and my son and would return to Rosenberg & Rosenberg in the future.

We came to Rosenberg and Rosenberg for an auto accident we were involved in. Attorney Iliza Novack, attorney David Rosenberg and Judith dedicated themselves to our case in order to reach our expectations. They diligently fought for us and ensured we would be satisfied. The entire office corresponded with us honestly and returned all calls punctually. At the end of everything we can say we are more than satisfied and would use Rosenberg and Rosenberg in the future for our legal needs.

They sent me to a chiro who was obviously only interested in racking up medical bills and was way out of my way. Over a year after my accident which caused 3 herniated discs in my neck and I'm still in constant pain. Then when I just decided to go back to work (since I wasn't getting help anyway) and truck thru it all and pay out of pocket for pain management and chiro services, the lawyer kept pushing for me to go back to his guy. Finally went back to just end the case so I can move on with my life and then the lawyer just stopped talking to me. Haven't heard from him in over 3mos. No settlement, no pain help, nothing. Contacted a new lawyer who told me that not only would I have to start over but I'll also have to sue this lawyer to make sure he doesn't STILL get his cut. So now I have to start over and add a second lawsuit. All because Sal is "getting back" at me for working 60hrs a week at a travelling job and raising 5 kids instead of sitting in some quacks office an hour away for 15mins a day moving my head back and forth so he has more money... They also handled my husband's workers comp case and they gave him a lawyer and paralegal who mismanaged things so poorly they were apparently fired? Seems like a rotating staff who are all basically poorly trained and have zero customer service skills. Stay away from them. I tell everyone I talk to about how bad they are. And I'm a hair dresser and educator who works from Melbourne to Kendall.
