UPDATE: Management or someone responded to my review pretty quickly. You offered me to contact you, but neglected to tell me you or whomever disperses the payments ARE NOT IN TODAY!! Smh. The checks were cleared through your office 2 days ago. I bet the settlement that you all will have a short week & not be available next week, per usual. I have lost my car & home in the past 45 days fooling with this office. NOTE TO SELF: DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!! This office doesn't keep you updated on anything. You have to chase & track them down for info regarding your case. My settlement checks were mailed from Gallagher & Basset on 11/9. Over 10 business days later, I havent heard a peep from this office. If you call & ask about the payment, they put you on hold for a few seconds & return to the phone to say no check is there. I doubt the lil huzzy even checked. I can no longer speak to anyone except "the settlement" department, which consists of maybe a person that doesn't start work until 1030, is at lunch by noon, & gone by 3pm. Thats according to the unhelpful receptionist. Receptionist doesn't take messages. She says telling staff that you called when they return to the office (supposedly from lunch) is considered taking a message. While I slightly agree, Im confused as to what her purpose is. Maybe just to pickup calls. I have lost almost everything in the last 45 days waiting on a settlement from this office. I really hate the new generation of businesses, no empathy for unemployed, injured people. Hopefully I hear from them soon as the holidays are approaching & Im getting more & more depressed
