If I could give this lawyer 10 stars I would. Ron Weksler has been so helpful and efficient through this whole process. I contacted him on a Sunday evening and he had all the documents I needed, emailed to me when I woke up Monday morning. He even arranged for a notary and two witnesses to meet with me to execute my documents. He called me and emailed me throughout this process to make sure all my questions were answered.
