I retained Attorney Davis for legal representation. She was the third lawyer I spoke to and the first that made me feel like she cared about my case. She called to check on me often, had great communication with me throughout the experience, and did a wonderful job with my case.

I hired Ron to get me out of a Manhattan Club timeshare unit that, from the very beginning, was expensive, frustrating, toxic and, I believe, fraudulent. When we started the process of trying to get out of our Time Share with Heartland Time Share Relief Co.,we were told an attorney would call us and we were surprised that the attorneys phone call came so quickly. Mr. Ron Weksler introduced himself and explained the process. Throughout the 6 month period he made contacts with us, informing us of the documents that would have been required for the termination of the Time Share. The last call to us he informed us that we were no longer responsible to continue ongoing payments. Whenever we had questions of the process, he always returned the phone calls in short order.
