Scott is fair, thorough & was found easy to discuss our case with. His follow up on every issue of our case was excellent. His communication skills were essential, he was abreast of the hardships we were undertaking, but we, together with his guidance, handled the case with respect for not only our situation, but for Citizens Insurance Company as well.

We hired Scott on a friend's recommendation, and he was very responsive and went to bat for us on a mold homeowners claim. The company made an offer which we were willing to accept, however Scott recommended we make a counter offer and hold out for more money. He was right, the company came up with additional funds.
