This guy is a scam artist. Arrogant unprofessional and lazy. He will make offers without you and pressure you to accept. Stay away if you want an attorney that will fight for you not throw you under the bus

My experience with Dan was great. Couldn't be any happier with the results! Very nice man and his staff is excellent. He calls you personally every step of the way to let you know of any changes to your case and its very easy to get a hold of him or anyone at his office. You need help Dan is the man to go to and not to mention he is really nice and sweet!!!

He was fast in getting my case settled and I was very happy with what I got in my settlement. If it wasn't for Dan, I wouldn't have gotten better physically, and I wouldn't have gotten a great settlement either. I'm very happy for hiring Dan as my attorney.
