In 2014 I had a very bad accident at work, 3 years later it has been put behind me and settled. If it was not for Mr Andresky of Rosenburg & Rosenburg I do not know what I would of done. He made sure I was paid properly and on time. He fought my corner and made sure that a decision regarding a deduction in my workman's compensation payment was reversed in my favour. He made sure when I started receiving medical bills that the insurance company took responsibility and paid them. When there was mediation he made sure I understood what was happening and always looked after my best interests. I cannot say what the settlement was but I was very happy.
