Ian handled my case with honesty and professionalism. He set the right expectations from the get-go and obtained the best possible outcome under the circumstances. He is always ready to answer questions and if you can't get a hold of him, he gets back to you within a reasonable time. I also had a chance to work with his paralegal, Fabian, who is also very customer service oriented. In summary, I had a great experience working with this legal team and I would recommend them to anyone having issues with their property insurance company as they are subject matter experts in that field.
