Worse experience of my life. You can never get In touch with your case manager or the supervisor. They screen your calls. Very cold, rude and unprofessional. I was told my hospital medical bills was holding up my case so I took it upon myself to go get it and send it to my case manager, it’s been 6 months and I still can’t close my case or get a full update. By the way my case is 3 years old now.
Don’t let them force you to leave a review before you close your case. They don’t deserve 1star.

Tuve un accidente en Florida hace 3 años, los llamamos, firmé con ellos y nunca hicieron su trabajo, no contestan los correos, ni las cartas, no tuvieron el mínimo respeto con mi caso. Muy mala experiencia.

Mi criterio es el mejor de los casos ya que conté con la mejor atencion,profesionalidad y excelentes resultados en mi reclamo, teniendo en cuenta la rapidez de en ael proceso, nunca pensé que fuese tan rápido. Tuve la mejor de las atenciones y me siento privilegiado al defender mi caso un abogado con tan buenas condiciones en el aspecto profesional y personal pues se siente como parte de mi al defender mis derechos como si fuese yo. After months of dealing with me and having me go to therapy I randomly got a letter in the mail stating they basically were no longer going to represent me. No mention of stopping therapy...very cold. Could have given me a call to go over why. Just dropped me like I was nothing. Thanks a lot for wasting my time!
