David Magilligan is not only the best lawyer I have ever come across but also one of the most down-to-earth people I have ever met. From the moment we walked in he made us feel safe and heard. If you’re looking for a lawyer that will actually give you sound advice and not take your money just because he can, hire him.

Probably my 2nd time doing a review and I must say it was a hard process. Ms. Puzo was my 2nd lawyer and even though my case was very costly it was a stressful and difficult process and Ms Puzo did provide her expertise and even assisted me financially. We finally came to a resolution in mediation which I thought was not going to happen but it was done. I thank you for helping me get to the crossroad

I highly do not recommend this attorney.  He has recently ruined my marriage case. I have to start the process all over due to his obvious and very simple mistake on my application and for that he has asked for the additional attorney fees that are as high as if I were going to retain him again. If you were asked to stop by his office for consultation or to prepare for the USCIS interview you will probably be hearing how great he is at his job or best in the industry, but after all it is just a talk with no proven record.  There are other better and more affordable attorneys that will save you time and money. Please do not waste your time listening to the praise of how good he is and how his services go far beyond and above. I have personally been there and no one truly cares or knows him in the field. Polly, his assistant, is wonderful and a very helpful woman. Just one last piece of advice for the attorney from me, if I were you I would either retire or change the profession. For instance,  Starbucks may be a better place to deceive customers through talks you give, even though I'm not certain whether you will be hired or retain after they learn more about your work ethics.
