Have used Grimaldi Law Firm for multiple real estate transactions and they have yet to disappoint. Melinda and her staff are on top of things. I do not have to chase them and ask for updates, every week there is an email that tells you everything where your file is standing which is a huge plus for Realtors and their clients. I love how dedicated they are to their clients.

Mrs. Grimaldi saved me from losing my Condo because of an error by PCN Bank. She was truly amazing to work with. She is a professional, knows what she is doing, honest, reliable, easy to communicate with and honestly, was very grateful she as part of helping me become a first time home owner.
