Wow!!!!!! I have worked with a lot of real estate attorneys as a mobile notary in Georgia but Richard covers every detail in a real estate transaction. He's very patient. Though I was the notary, I witnessed first hand how much care and information he provided the seller with her property. He provides a white glove closing experience for all parties involved including the notary/signing agents like myself. Definitely looking forward to the next closing with Richard.
