My family’s immigration status got into mess bec of some people’s greediness and unrighteous deeds. We got so depressed and so much anxiety, we prayed to the Lord for help and guidance. I cannot express how appreciative I am with the entire team of Robert Bell PA. My very complicated case was solved smoothly and I am now at peace and ready to start a new chapter in my life. Do not recommend these people at all. Robert Bell is absolutely kind and pleasant to deal with. His staff on the other hand, are absolute garbage. The amount of times we have had to resend paperwork and then keep reconfirming information, THAT WAS ALREADY SENT MULTIPLE TIMES, they still kept on losing everything. I would not recommend these people in the slightest. Awful experience and terrible service.

Robert Bell went above and beyond for us. We met with a handful of lawyers when our case was declined after an USCIS administrative error and he was the clear choice despite having a couple of very good options. He is a very attentive, knowledgeable, and genuine person. We came to him late in the process of obtaining my marriage-based permanent residency and we were thrilled to find that he was very direct, specific, and helpful in all of our meetings. Having done all of the paperwork and submissions up until this point, I especially appreciated that he was never condescending, answered all of our questions from the very first meeting, and was always honest about what he believed we did or did not need his help with (while always offering it regardless, should we choose to have him proceed and take over with a particular step). After meeting with a few other lawyers who were ready to completely disregard the work we had put in and overcharge us every single step of the way, this was beyond refreshing, it sealed the sentiment that we made the right choice and this was someone respectful and to be respected. Everything went smoothly once he got involved, we never had any issues getting in touch with him for questions and updates (even during the COVID shutdowns), and it has been a pleasure working with everyone at his office. We are grateful beyond words for all his help in obtaining my greencard and we really cannot overstate how he went above and beyond for us at every opportunity. We recommend him wholeheartedly as we are confident he truly cares and will treat all of his clients with respect and professionalism. Very professional and great services from Mr. Bell and all his legal team especially Violet that was helpful, caring and took her time to go over all the steps for my husband case. A few months ago, I contacted Attorney Bell to assist me with helping my nephew receive his citizenship, because of his challenges we needed professional assistant. We had a phone conversation then I met him in person. Atty Bell contacted USCIS with other documents, that were needed. My nephew received a letter that he should report to USCIS I wanted Attorney Bell to go with my nephew and I on the morning of his interview.. He had another appointment and was unable to attend. His associate, Attorney Cooper, was with my nephew during his interview. I was not allowed to go inside while he was interviewed because of social distancing. Attorney Cooper was with him during the interview . After about an hour I received a text from Attorney Cooper, she told me she asked the Officer to let me come inside, to take her place so I could see my nephew sworn in. I shouted for joy. I was able to see my nephew sworn in and received his naturalization certificate. I will always be grateful to Attorney Bell, Attorney Cooper and staff member Lis for their good work. I will definitely recommend them in the future to anyone who needs immigration assistance.
