Ama- Mariya Hoffenden is a creative, professional lawyer. She delved into my case in detail (I had two cases on the same issue in the family and criminal courts) and found the absolutely right solution in each case. In family court, she filed a petition to have the case dismissed based on precedent. It was fantastic! The judge closed the case at the first meeting! The courtroom guard came to see us after the trial to admire my lawyer and took her contacts. “I have never seen anything like this! I will recommend it,” he said. According to the second court, the criminal one, Ama-Mariya convinced the prosecutor to withdraw the claim and the court was canceled! Ama-Mariya found a significant discrepancy between the videotape and the protocol of the first interrogation and this convinced the prosecutor to withdraw the lawsuit! Great job!
