Don't want to speak to soon but so far so good...just contacted Cohen & Cohen yesterday due to an accident that another driver caused to my husband's vehicle. They (Sarah & then Keith) answered all my questions and already sent my husband to be evaluated by a doctor. I'm hoping it continues to go as well as I expect!! I had a great experience with Seth Schneiderman he's absolutely amazing. I didn't have an easy case I came home one day and my girlfriend left with my three children and didn't tell me where she was going and because we weren't married I had no rights my children. I met with Seth he told me his fees and he told me what to expect in court he told me the exact timeline of events that would happen and he also told me to be patient he didn't paint A pretty picture and tell me everything's gonna be OK and lie to me he told me what could and couldn't happen with the confidence that he could help me which I really respected him for. I felt he didn't want to get my hopes up but at the same time he knew the case he was dealing with and didn't seem like he wanted to tell his client I'll give you whatever you want I'll do whatever you want he's not that type of attorney he doesn't BS he tells you straight up. I told him that I wanted shared custody and it was very important to me. Within 48 hours he was able to serve her the paperwork. Within 30 days petition for paternity was established and I was the natural father of my children. In the next 90 days we went to court which was not his fault the courts are very backed up he filed all the paperwork immediately it took forever to get the court date. He worked very well with my ex-girlfriend's attorney and in no way were they friends but they certainly respected each other we're very responsive to each other which helped make things go quicker and that is because Seth Schneiderman is a respected attorney. When we finally we're getting ready to go to court he made sure he briefed me and told me what to expect the day before in court and possible questions I would be asked he came extremely prepared and I was able to see him in action. In the end he gave me 100% what I wanted the judge sided with my case and it was because of his knowledge, skill, and most importantly his experience in the courtroom. I would email him sometimes at 11 o'clock at night and he would email me right back usually within an hour and It just didn't stop after the first week he continued it the entire time he was my counsel he's extremely responsive your case is his case he treats your case as if he is in your position I can't express to you I felt like he was my brother or my best friend throughout the case words can't be expressed for the way that I feel about this man and how he changed my life. He's a pitbull in court with a soft voice he's very well respected by the judges and other attorneys. I referred him to a few Friends since my case closed who he helped out and we're very pleased their results just as I am. I will always refer him and use him as my family attorney if needed in the future I promise you one thing you won't go wrong his clients mean the world to him and he treats you like family you're not just some person writing a check to him you're someone going through a lot and he's going to help you get there. One more thing I come from a family of attorneys all their friends told me to go to Seth.

Terrible. She somehow managed to burn through my entire retainer in about a month without ever actually getting anything done. Check out her reviews on other sites and decide for yourself. Don't throw your money away on incompetence.
