Mark and his staff, Jackie and Dawn, are easy to talk to and they are straightforward, taking comprehensive notes as you meet for the first time. They take care of business and do what's necessary to get the job done. They answer the phones and return calls promptly if they are busy. This was the first time when I looked for a injury lawyer and was very frustrated with all process and how and what to do and even don't know how everything works, but this was before I visited Mark Schiffrin. On the first appointment he explained me everything and answered all my questions so everything became clear for me, he guided me at all points of the process. All stuff are super friendly and professional, every time I visited their office I felt like I hung out with friends. And result is 👍 Highly recommend Mark Schiffrin!!! You will not regret !
