My minor son was charged as an adult with some serious crimes "4 felonies to be exact". I had another attorney that was recommended to me, but i didnt think he was a good fit for my son's case and found David Magilligan. From the moment I walked into his office he made me feel so secure, but did not B.S. me at the same time.He told me it was a tough case and will try his best to get him a good deal. "Did I mention my son had another adult case in a different county" so yes on so many levels I thought my baby boy was going to prison for a few years. David knew I was a single mother and worked with me on my payments. Never once did he make me feel my son's case was all about money. When I needed to talk to him i had his cell phone number and could even call after hours which he picked up in between his kids games. It was a long battle, but miraculously he got my son's case dismissed!!!! Yes, no charges at all!!!
