After arguing with my insurance company for some time, this firm was recommended to me by a friend. From the day I called, they were courteous, professional, prompt, and driven to help my family recoup our losses due to Hurricane damage. At the end, I was more than satisfied with the outcome.
I highly recommend this firm to anyone in the unfortunate situation of having an insurance company that is deadest on fighting against you. We appreciate their work tremendously!

Mr. Schatzman was absolutely wonderful in helping deal with our insurance company. Insurance was asking for us to jump through all sorts of hoops, and Mr Schatzman helped smooth out the whole process and made sure we got what we needed.

Harris Gilbert was professional, friendly, responsive, prompt and courteous in communicating. He instilled confidence. After taking the information he required and discussing with his supportive colleagues he basically said 'leave it with me'. A few weeks later next thing I knew the ticket problem was gone with no penalty. Of course, I don't want another traffic ticket but he left me feeling like I need to get another ticket just to be able to work with him again!!! Happy customer.

What can I say, Harris can really do it all. I’m really glad that I chose him to represent me during my daunting experience of a first accident. He was there during the whole process and constantly messaged me with updates of my case. If you are looking for results and great customer service, he’s the man for the job.
