Randy is very knowledgeable on the Special Needs trusts, ABLE accounts and the ways you can provide long-term security and flexibility for your loved ones who really need it, or will need it in the future, without endangering their eligibility for government benefits. Although he is in Florida, he provides guidelines and information in a general way, encouraging you to get the specific legal and accounting advice you need from an expert in your state.

As a grandmother concerned with the future of a grandchild, mother of a daughter and son-in-law with that same concern, I was keenly interested in the Special Needs Planning Workshop, Special Needs Trusts: "A Little Planning Goes a Long Way". I was not disappointed. 40-45 minutes of valuable education - a question and answer session afterwards.... The presentation was as interesting as it was informative, especially well-organized. Mr. Nakir made a fairly complex subject much clearer, and I particularly understand now why one may want to seek professional help to ensure the long time security of a beloved child.
