I definitely recommend this law firm to anyone! Super professional, very responsive to all my questions and most of all helped me obtain a great diminished value settlement for my 2019 Ford Fusion. The paralegal Janet was the one handling my claim and was very helpful through the beginning and ending of my claim.

If I could give this place a zero star I would. It is now April 17th and I signed a contract on January 7. If I had not followed up with Nicole Morell who was the Legal Assistant to Craig Dernis every time, I would not have heard a word. Then, the insurance company sent me a check by mistake in March and I emailed immediately to ask how much I should send the lawyer. Thank goodness I didn't send the check until it cleared. It had a stop payment on it. Waited another two weeks and called the office. Was told the check had been sent to me and I should receive it by Friday or Monday. I called the office again asking that Mr Dernis call me back and nothing but an email from the assistant that had another excuse in it. Now it's the following Friday and the check is still not here. I don't even know if it was really mailed at this point. Not only was I ignored, but I was lied to I don't know how many times. If you want a law office to handle your diminished value claim , don't use this office unless you want to pay for nothing but aggravation.Update. After three phone calls to request to speak to Mr Dernis I finally received a call back. After a lengthy discussion we agreed to disagree with the practices of his office. He did however agree to overnight me a check if the original one did not show up by that Friday. I called his office on Friday and he was very polite and said he would personally go to the post office. Hopefully this is the end of the month long saga. Today’s date is April 24.

If you need quality representation in legal matters of bankruptcy, will/trust, litigation or real estate, this is the best place in town.

Very disappointing. Never answer your calls nor emails. They don't follow up like they agreed to. They will leave you wondering if they're still working on your case. If I could I would've went with a different law group!
