Wow, this office is very efficient , very well organized. I didn’t understand all my right, got great clarification on my rights and needs to get help . Mr. Daniels always pick up the phone and respond right away. A plus lawyer.

I had a one hour consult with Michelle Quarshie January 17th in which we discussed applying for Long-Term care with Medicaid for my parents. After the call, she was supposed to send me an email with the forms we needed to fill and a plan with next steps. After calling the office several times for weeks, I received an email 3 months later. I am astonished with their lack of professionalism and customer concern. Since I spoke to Ms Quarshie, my father experienced a stroke and my mother a fall. Since I did not hear back from them, I contacted Medicaid directly (through Alliance for Aging) and have applied. I only wish that I had found a serious law firm instead to help me navegate the process. Perhaps it would have gotten me the resources I needed to keep my parents from harm.

The elderly care group under the ownership of Attorney Taylor were outstanding in their, accomplishment of me receiving my disability rating of 100%. During the course of a 2 to 3 year period of submitting required forms, and following up on request from the VA to finalize my rating, Attorney Taylor and her staff were easily accessible and responsive to the VA’s request and to keeping me updated on the progression of this process. If anyone is looking for an attorney to represent them in their pursuit of receiving their disability rating, I highly recommend the Elderly Care Group under the ownership of Attorney Taylor! I can only speak for this process however, I am fully confident in saying, and whatever your case is, if you allow Attorney Taylor to represent you, you will not be sorry And in the end extremely happy!
