My wife and I will miss Mrs Cynthia Arevalo, what a great Lawyer! Cynthia represented us in an immigration matter which started back in February. She was very professional and passionate about completing our case assuring us all the way that things was going to be ok. Anytime I called Cynthia about a concerned I had she has always been there very polite assuring me that our case will be approved. I used the services of Martin Hoffenden in this law firm. A total mistake and failure. Do not use his firm. I REPEAT DO NOT USE HIS FIRM. The assigned attorney on my case AMA -MARIYA HOFFENDEN’S HUSBAND MARTIN HOFFENDEN is as bad as they come. You want to lose a case? Then he is the right attorney for you. Attorney Martin Hoffenden is a corrupted, devious, dishonest, unethical, immoral and untrustworthy human being and attorney. I speak from personal experience. Martin Hoffenden shouldn’t be licensed to practice law. I don’t doubt he will lose his law license eventually on the path he is going if he keeps at it. His bad deeds shall catch up with him. Save yourself now before it’s too late and go find a reputable attorney to deal with. Even if you’ve already paid a retainer to his firm, you’ll be better off calling it a loss and run fast from them instead of the loss you may incur at the end dealing with HOFFENDEN. I wish someone had warned me about Hoffenden’s dishonest practices and shameful tactics employed by him to defraud me and lose my case. I ended up with a $2 Million Dollar Judgment. My life will never be the same again. .

Mitchell Green was a great help in my negotiations for a favorable retirement package. He knew all of the factors to bring up and in the end my concerns were addressed and we reached a mutually agreeable conclusion. Well worth the time and expense to protect my interests.

Robert Kramer did excellent work on our estate plan, and some tax issues. A few years later I had to make several changes to the plans because of complicated developments. Bob and Mitch Green have done an outstanding job, with great knowledge. Their support staff is the best.

Our case had many moving parts and various personalities who needed to be managed by someone knowledgeable and expert in the probate process. At each step along the way he kept us informed of what to expect and was open to our concerns and ideas for how to proceed. He listens and cares and keeps an even-tempered, level-headed approach to getting from start to finish in the best way possible. I had a very complicated accident case and was unsure how it would work out.
