YES – Randy Nakir is a truly exceptional attorney. Working with him is both a pleasurable and a 5 STAR experience. Imagine working with someone who is knowledgeable, treats you with the respect, and has a seemingly inexhaustible supply of patience. At our initial meeting it became abundantly clear that his goal was to provide sound advice in addition to outstanding service. He listened attentively, asked questions when he needed to, and showed a depth of understanding and sensitivity to our specific needs and concerns. He then made us aware of potential situations that could occur realistically in course of day to day living. He explained various options that are available to address these situations under Florida Estate Law as well as the Tax ramifications of each. His explanations and recommendations were made in understandable English rather than "Legalese". The result is that we are now legally prepared for a variety of scenarios involving either my husband, me, or both of us simultaneously, which could occur at any moment during the remainder of our lifetimes, as well as for our family after we’ve passed. In this era where callus, indifferent, and often mediocre service is almost the norm, Randy could easily be the standard by which others in his profession should be measured. We’re glad we found him and have no hesitation recommending him.
