I met Carrie 16 years ago when my son was 2 months young and I needed representation. She was excellent then and, even better now. I have used her for personal matters since and have been 100% satisfied with her work every time. She is aggressive and passionate with every case and sets realistic expectations. Carrie Turner has been a blessing to my daughter and I, Do you know how difficult it is for a father to get custody of a baby? Our process took more time due to the delays of the court, but she was always with me, helped me, listened to me and was there always for us. Her team is friendly and always attentive. I would highly recommend anyone in the process of divorce, specially with minors to get in touch with Carrie. Carrie assisted me in filing for relocation just 3 months after my divorce finalized (with a different attorney) that took almost 2 years to settle. I wish I would’ve found her beforehand. I really thought it was going to be a whole year before my relocation was granted. Thanks to Carrie, the relocation didn’t even make it to trial. My sons father agreed to 90% of the terms, and wanted to avoid going head to head with my new attorney. In part was the backing of her reputation to be one of the best attorneys in family law and the strong petition she put together. I strongly believe that her expertise and professionalism led to it all being signed and done within a month. Her staff was also very helpful and professional.

I was putting off my divorce due to being uncomfortable with both the process as well as knowing my rights should my ex contest! Approximately five years ago I was having some child support issues and Carrie was referred to me by a friend. I retained Carrie to help me. Carrie was very helpful, professional and understanding. what I liked most, she cared about the best interest of my son which brought about a healthily agreement for both sides. Moving forward most recently, I was caught in the mist of a malicious attempt to destroy my character as a mother by my son's father with an attempt to gain custody. I immediately emailed Carrie and said "Please Help" and she responded, "don't worry I am here for you." With Carrie's guidance, we were able to prove his allegations were not true, and with her knowledge and negotiating skills able to settle the matter and put the issue rest.
