I sued my trustee/ mother to compel documents to the trust I'm listed on as beneficiary. My trustee hired Eugene Beil to represent her and the trust to oppose me, which is a gross conflict of interest. He should have worked to have the trust settled correctly as outlined in uniform trust code. Instead he filed and helped my trustee get a restraining order against me, the trust beneficiary for cyber stalking over my sending said trustee a certified letter containing a cure notice to produce trust documents I should have received in 1999 when the trust was created. He then conspired with the judge to try to block my lawsuit. He then withdrew citing an undisclosed "ethical conflict". I'm a totally disabled person that's been homeless on the streets for over five years now. I'll be filing a bar complaint as soon as I am able.

I think this Firm is the best in the area. They handled my probate and the sell of my estate in a very timely and cost efficient manner. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Friendly staff and great attorneys. Thanks everyone. Cassandra streight.

Mr. Hay is empathetic and professional. The women at the front desk are very accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. I had my will and other legal documents done. It was done quickly, efficiently and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

I had an elder relative who had few relatives, and the ones she did have were all at a distance or unable to assist. So as a concerned cousin I stepped in, though not familiar with her existing plans. When I asked her of any existing plans, she denied having any. Later I learned that Attorney Beil had previously been handling my relatives end-of-life protocols. But my relative never told me that, due to dementia. Once I learned of Attorney Beil he handled my relative with personal concern, professionalism, and thoroughness. It is absolutely critical Family members know of an Elders End of Life Plans. And it is a MUST to have a Seasoned Attorney like Attorney Beil. Highly recommend.
