My dad passed away in march, his ashes were supposed to be paid for so was his urn yet I had to pay for his ashes to be sent to me and it was sent in 3 bags in one plastic box. Everytime I called nobody at the desk had answers they said we will call you back yet I got no call back until they needed something from me. Now the last thing that needs to be done is not getting done. They don't respond to emails unless your paying them, they never call back. The girls in the office seem like they don't know what they are doing or have no knowledge of how to do they're job. My dad always said how this man was his friend he's so nice he spoke so highly of him and the ppl in the office...if he could see what is going on now. I feel like because of his money this is being dragged out. I hate feeling this way about ppl but the track record of this man is proving my feelings to be right. For once I believe my dad was wrong...sad very sad

We have used Mr. Beil twice in the past 2 yrs and he was very reasonable in the amount he charged and he got both cases in our favor. Thank Mr. Beil for all your help. I have worked for Attorneys in Atlanta and I know how much they charge per hr, so I was very thankful for the very reasonable amount that we were charged by Mr. Beil.

It wasn't so much that we hated them. We just thought they were more knowledgeable about the bankruptcy/foreclosure process and as it turned out we paid them to do a job, which was to save our home. The attorney did not have any of the paperwork completed for the first court date and missed every deadline the mortgage company set for us to have the chance to remain in our families property. I ended up doing most of the research to find all of this out. We are now renting a home, which is something my mother has NEVER had to do. Unfortunately he was negligent in doing what he was paid to do, however we liked them as people very much.

Lavonne or Whatever she calls hersels has no professional ethics. The front staff is notorious for just hanging up on you. The lawyers are "never in" unless its an emergency lol and they dont return phon calls. Money hungry laxy scoundrels with staff that could hire escorts as better customer service agents. Heather rocks though!
