I was treated very good by Mr. Deans and his staff. He explained the legal process very well and answered any questions I had a long the way . The communication from Mr. Deans and his staff was impeccable throughout the entire process . I was kept in the loop through emails and by phone. He is worth every dollar. I highly recommend him .

I found Thomas Deans right here on Google for my spouse to resolve a child support issue. I read the reviews and I am glad we found a lawyer that provided us outstanding legal counsel and effective results. After discussing our case with other law firms in the Melbourne/Palm Bay area, we decided to go with Thomas' law firm because he was a complete professional from the onset. Thomas was forthright, knowledgeable, methodical, and pragmatic in his work ethic throughout the 3 month period. Thomas provided us different scenarios, best to worst, to approach the case and kept us abreast of the process as it went through the court system. We even went through a "dry-run" of the court proceedings, which I found refreshing and put my spouse at ease. This approach assured me of Thomas' legal accumen. Thomas was also very considerate in that he even made himself available to us on a Saturday, since we're from out of town. We could not have asked for better representation to deal with our case. For those of us that have gone through a divorce, it is an extremely stressful time and most of us have no idea what rights we have to our money, children and property as we untie our marriages. My divorce caught me off guard and I was thrown into the situation rather quickly. The first thing I did was search for an attorney and I came across Mr. Thomas Deans. After reading others experiences with him, I called and set up a free consultation. I did not know what to expect in this consultation besides a few answers to some nagging questions I had scribbled down. The consultation went well over the advertised time that Mr. Deans had allocated to meet with me, but I could tell he wanted to make sure all my questions were answered and that I knew my rights. We went over what would happen if the divorce was uncontested versus contested and how a court would most likely calculate child support and award property. Using this information I was able to agree and file for an uncontested divorce with my ex wife on the distribution of assets and time sharing with our children as well as agree on other issues that would present problems in the years to come. After the consultation Mr. Deans and his staff always called me back in a timely manor and never made me feel rushed. They made the most stressful time in my life bearable and I am extremely glad I found them. If you are about to go through divorce I would highly recommend Mr. Deans, he really came through for me and I am sure he would for anybody who hires him.

BE AWARE OF THIS LAWYER, HIS VERY NICE WHEN YOU JUST MEET WITH HIM FOR CONSULT, ONCE YOU SIGN YOUR CONTRACT THAT'S ANOTHER STORY, CHARGED YOU FOR RETAINER FEE AND THEN SOME, VERY $$$$$$ MONEY HUNGRY, AND HIS PARALEGAL (JENNIFER ) I NEVER EVER ENCOUNTER A HUMAN BEING SO UNPROFESSIONAL LIKE HER, SHE KEEP TALKING OVER YOU SHE WONT LET YOU TALK , SHE TREAT THE CLIENT LIKE SCUMBAG AND LOOK DOWN AT YOU. SHE SHOULD BE GLAD THAT THEY STILL HAVE A CLIENT ESPECIALLY WITH HER ATTITUDE....BE VERY CAREFUL...

From my experience PLZZZ be careful picking this lawyer. he is money hungry. its ridiculous how at first when you just consult with him hes very nice but once you sign up to pick him as your lawyer the whole attiude and this office change the way they treat you! and especially his parallegal Jennifer shes very rude, unprofessional and talks down on people. beware of what you are getting into with these people. if it happened to me it will happen to you. very money hungry.
