Helpful and honest....two things I never thought I would say about a lawyer. Mr. Lizanich was both for concerning my case. I learned being a public defender is not an easy task. They are usually assigned unwinable cases and and hundreds of them at a time. Mr. Lizanich was professional, thorough and explained to me honestly what I was looking at. This enabled me to make good decisions and face the reality of my case. He treated me without prejudice and with respect.

Mr. Paul Militello and his Paralegal Mrs. Bryceann Twitty are an awesome "force to be reckoned with." Paul is an attorney and man of his word. They are incredibly hard working and intensely thorough. I got pulled over and issued a DUI citation due to the simple fact that I stopped to use my phone in a business that was closed for the evening and it just so happens that Citrus County's "finest" were surveilling the parking lot for drug activity...anyone that knows me, knows I don't do drugs!! Deputy Dog went on and on about finding drugs in my car, I offered to let him bring the dogs...he kept asking was I buying or selling..I was railroaded!! He arrested me as he was mad I wasn't his big "drug bust" he'd been dreaming of. Any way.....Paul Militello swung into action immediately and requested any and all evidence against me....(there wasn't any of course), the case was dismissed, I never even went to court. I highly recommend Mr. Militelo!!! He is also very good about corresponding with his clients and keeping you up to date on what is going on!! I'd rate him 1000 stars if it were available!!!!
