Hey! Thanks for getting back to us. Gotta say, the communication from your end was a bit off. We've heard things from Arcadio's end that don't exactly match up with what you're saying. This discrepancy in information has only added to his frustration. And for the record, he's always been the best dad. Father's like him deserve to be noticed and properly represented. Yeah, he messed up once – but who hasn't? He owned up to it despite the facts being exaggerated, it seems like your firm didn't quite have his back when he needed it most. And let's not forget about his ex – she's been gunning for him since day one after he found out about her infidelity. Maybe he should've seen it coming, but hey, hindsight's 20/20. Your response just adds to the doubts about your firm's support. Every client deserves better, plain and simple. Together we can all make the world a better place ✨️
