I was so pleased with the way Samantha handled my case. She went above and beyond to help me reunite with my child. She even called us on her days off to deliver important news. I was referred to Ellis and Bryant from a dear friend to handle some trouble I got myself into. From the get-go, Samantha was upfront with everything and gave a very detailed list of everything needed to do and what's to come. She was always happy to answer any questions and concerns, and from that point I knew I was in excellent hands. She swiftly handled every thing that came her way and kept me up to date with everything. When it comes to matters that can affect your life, I would trust her with mine any day of the week. With Ellis and Bryant not once was I worried about what's to come. This Law Firm is beyond amazing. Also, I cannot give Barbara, their assistant, enough credit. I'm still dumbfounded and shocked. I have just had my worst customer service experience. This is supposed to be a zero-star rating, but since there is no such thing as a zero star, I left 1. I called Law Offices of Ellis and Bryant, and I politely requested to speak with Samantha, one of the attorneys. Barbara, the receptionist, answered the call. I gave a brief explanation of why I called. In an angry tone, she told me that I cannot speak with Samantha and immediately hung up the phone. At first, I thought she mistakenly hung up the call. So I called a second time and politely asked to speak with Samantha. She said Samantha is unavailable and, in a much elevated tone, scolded me, stating that she had previously informed me that Samantha is unavailable. She immediately hung up on me again. I was speechless. Her hostility towards me was unnecessary. I do not know Barbara. I have never had any interactions with her until today, but to receive such unspeakable treatment from a service-based company's representative is beyond my comprehension. For future clients of the Law Offices of Ellis and Bryant, I recommend proceeding with caution and engaging with them at your own risk.

I had incurred several traffic violations that caused me to lose my license and potentially face prison time. I simply hoped Samantha and her firm could keep me out of jail or worse. They did more than that they were able to even get me my license back. Class, pure class. Up there with the best of them.
