The attorneys at this firm helped me so much. They answered my phone call each and every time I called. Anytime I had a question, it was answered completely. They were very supportive. I highly recommend this firm.

If you receive ANYYYY traffic ticket & must appear before a judge, this is the law firm you need to represent you. If they say “YOU DON’T HAVE TO APPEAR” it doesn’t mean call the firm repeatedly after every court hearing. You’re not going to want this team wasting time by dumbing down what happened in court on the phone, you’re going to need this team focusing on your case. Susan Cohen is my favorite & part of such a great team that will really help you. 🏆 I have no court/law knowledge but this firm sure does 🏆

David Robbins and Susan Cohen are the best! My very young adult daughter got into a riff and pled guilty to the charges not fully understanding the impact they would have on her life. After explaining the situation to Mr. Robbins, he immediately got his team working on my daughter’s case. Mrs. Cohen reached out early the next day to gather information. Mr. Robbins and Mrs. Cohen both were understanding, kind, very attentive to detail, explained the process thoroughly so that we understood what to expect and my daughter’s case turned out better than we could’ve hoped for! With their knowledge they were able to gather enough evidence to have the Judge overturn the guilty plea. Epstein and Robbins came highly recommended to me, and I am very glad they were, I will be sending everyone I know who may have gotten into some legal trouble to them in the future!

Having had the unfortunate opportunity to require the services of Epstein and Robbins I would have to say I could not be more happy with both the service I received and the ultimate outcome of my case. Following my incident, I met with Andrew Faubush and was given a realistic analysis of my case and Mr. Faubush took the time to review all the evidence in which he found numerous faults in the states case and was able to ensure that not only I did not lose my license but the lesser charges I agreed to were adjudicated. All of the staff at Epstein and Robbins were always responsive and informative each time I contacted them (which is seldom the case with law firms) and I could not have been more pleased with the service they provided. If you find yourself in a situation that involved DUI I would highly recommend Epstein and Robbins. Don't Drink and Drive!

No matter what they tell you there is no way around the states mandatory minimums..if it's your first dui save your money and deal with it your self. Tried charging 6 grand to take a losing case to trial with one of their low level associates
