I chose to call this firm because your adds talk about how much you care. I don’t find that is the case. Very disappointed. Like most big firms you never get past the information collector. You never talk to the person asking for help. Therefore, I don’t find y’all very helpful. My wife is laying in the hospital close to passing do to a procedure gone wrong but your not interested enough to talk to me. Very disappointed.

Don’t waist your time with them they will take all your money and take forever they don’t keep you updated nor follow up with you on new updates with your case the attorney don’t answer their phones of return call i regret going to them and I never will

After my car accident I decided to go with Farah and Farah because I saw advertisements that stated that they fight for diminished value of the the vehicle. My 4 series BMW was only a few months old when someone ran into the back of me, so the value of my car is significantly lower. After I signed the papers I was told that the diminished value would take longer to resolve. But it's been almost year but I have not heard anything. Additionally, an aortic splen aneurysm was discovered when I went to get exrays. I told the doctor and I was told they would check on that. That also didn't happen even though I told the attorney and the doctor. The only thing they did was focus on physical therapy for my back. Do you research if you need anything other physical therapy.
