Gave two stars instead of one because the telephone representative I spoke with was extremely professional and nice. However, I get an e-mail notice that they will not accept my case as the case is not the "right fit" whatever that means. You advertise for malpractice - I have a malpractice case but I'm not a good fit. Makes no sense. And don't ask me to remove this review because we don't have a "working relationship" as you have told others. We had a working relationship the minute you answered the phone to discuss my case.

My experience with Farrah and Farrah was great. My attorney Robert Bonner was very professional and kept me informed on the status of my case the whole time. Thanks again I really appreciate you guys.

I must say going through this process I was discouraged based off reading other reviews and the statements from others, but My experience with this company was more than amazing.. Building business relationships and communicating with my team felt like family. Rebecca and Tenae kept me updated with changes through out my case, Rebecca took my case serious and was passionate about my well being up until we hugged and closed this case!! I have nothing bad to say .. Highly recommended

Professional, helpful, compassionate when daughter was injured in an accident

I am blown away by the level of service I was provided by Mr. Staggard & his team at Farah & Farah. Lawyer speak is right up there with trying to understand Taxes to me. They took the time to explain everything in detail so that I had a deep understanding of the process. I never walked away from any meeting or conversation thinking "What did they mean by this or that?". My case started right before the pandemic shut down the world, but that didn't stop them or slow them down. They made sure to keep in contact with me and went above and beyond to make sure my case didn't slow down. I would HIGHLY recommend giving them a call, you got nothing to lose!
