I had a really great experience with Farah and Farah. Especially dealing with Michelle Ramirez! She was a breath of fresh air! Never got upset with me or anything and was always willing to talk with me. Her turn- around times were almost always accurate and spot on. It was definitely a pleasure!

I had a horrifying day back in 2019 when a distracted driver slammed into my stopped automobile. I knew immediately I was in trouble. Big trouble for my body. I called Farah & Farah and met Kristen Bohlman and Hannah Reiter at the beginning of my journey. They were incredibly available and helpful. As COVID was approaching it was becoming more difficult to see a specialist and very frustrating. Hannah cut through the red tape and got me into the pain doctor. So thankful. It was becoming apparent that I would always have to deal with the pain from this accident so Kristen decided to send me to the best litigator ever. Scott Miller called and explained the plan moving forward. His paralegal Sarah Day was quick, responsive and professional. My case was quickly resolved thanks to Scott, Kristen and everyone on “my team” at Farah & Farah. I highly recommend this firm. They are the best in Jacksonville.
