From the first phone call to my most recent update the team at Farah & Farah have been a positive experience. It almost feels like we are family. With a law firm as big as they are it really put my mind at ease when l was assigned a lawyer with the same last name of the firm (Dalya Farah). Im sure someone else with a different name would of done just as good of a job for the same firm. The time they have spent with me explaining everything along the way has made the stress and frustration bearable. I know l have a long road ahead before a settlement will be reached but with the constant reassurance from my case manager (Eric Simmons) l know there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Many times I have reached out to Eric at all times of the day or night and on the weekends with hopes he would get back with me in a timely manner. Only for him to call or text me back right away sometimes in minutes as if l was his only client or one of the most important ones. The only time they have made me feel like it was about money was in my favor not the firms. They truly want what is fair and just for the client, and not their bank account. I really appreciate the support my family and I receive and would definitely recommend someone in need of "outstanding" legal representation to reach out to this firm and see what they have to offer you will not be disappointed. And also a shout out to the people (Leanne Shaw) behind the scenes who do a lot of work to make things happen. Without this team none of this would be possible and l am very thankful.

My experience was actually way better then expected! Tevan Daniels worked efficiently, and at an amazing time frame. On the phone and in person, Rachel Albanna ( his assistant) also were truly professional doing the job with a smile. I gotta mention that I gotta nice chunk of change to help with my suffering! It’s been almost 8 months since my accident and this has by far been the worst experience I’ve had! I have NEVER spoken to an actual attorney, even when I leave messages for him, I never get a call back! You are assigned a paralegal and that’s it!!! The paralegal takes days to respond! I have to text or call at least 3 days before I finally get an answer! This company “claims “ to be “for the people” and it’s definitely NOT the case!! They are “FOR THE MONEY” ! I believe they have gotten so big they have forgotten where they started!! It’s so sad that you feel less important because your case is not as big as others! I would NEVER recommend this attorney firm!!
