I would like to address that my case manager Rebecca “Becky” Dagrin was passionate about helping me through my situation and walking me through the complete process of getting my medical bills negotiated. Her guidance from beginning to end has been an experience which represents Farah & Farah well because I felt appreciated. Becky demonstrated this by answering questions with a positive and professional attitude. Working on my case
