Leona I spoke with talk to me so very kindly she didn't talk to me like the other lawyers did like I was the dumb as dirt like I was dumb as a box of rocks she was so kind and so positive and tried to work around my schedule with me keeping my parents and I could get with them till 8:00 at night even on the weekends the experience was good although they didn't take my case she was so kind there was no hard feelings at all I think Farah and Farah would be a great place to hire if you need a lawyer. My wife and I were in a accident and farah and farah did great on that. Since my wife became permanently disabledin the wreck, we figured to use farah and farah for it also. We figured they already had all the information so it just made sense..... After 13 months we have yet to speak to the lawyer, have gone thru 3 case workers at farah and farah, had to contact them 4 times to get the paperwork they filled out correct. Been advised by SS disability to check with them every couple months since they were having terrible getting paperwork back from farah and farah. We check with farah and farah every month to try and get a update, because they never send one, only to be told every time, we have now been assigned an Arbitrator and this is good news. We have been told that ever since 8 months ago. Obviously not real good news. Got a New doctor and despite notifying farah and farah it took months and numerous times of informing them to get it updated. Have serious concerns about this.

I was in two accidents. The first one I had signed up with Morgan and Morgan. They were very attentative, open communication, and assisted in my medical care. The only reason I switched from Morgan is because they do not handle Property Damage claims and would not be able to get my money back from the rental. Farah and Farah promised a smooth transition and to help me get my car fixed. I had a concussion and several other issues that had developed. Farah and Farah promised to handle my medical care, bills, and property damage. Out of the two accidents, I only received a portion of the Medical PIP, and had me settled rather quickly, that some of the medical bills had not yet finished processing. I lost several things since these last two accidents. I have yet to receive compensation for the damage on my first car, repairs on the second car, and any promising medical care from this second accident. I received several letters from one random provider, who was requesting $500 from the emergency room from the first accident. The very first provider I had seen and I am now going to collections because neither the hospital or the attorney communicated on the settlement of this bill. Things to know before you sign with Farah and Farah: In my experience, they want you to settle within 6mo-1 year of that accident. They did not communicate openly regarding the status of my vehicle. I still have not been reimbursed for the loss. He told me to call my insurance and dispute. They did not get an LOP from the ER. They did not keep track of all medical bills from the providers I was sent to. They told me to call the Hospital and dispute. They did not recommend providers specific to my needs and care. I was recommended to an Ortho specializing in arms, when I have head, back, and neck issues. I still have not found a good Psych provider since Morgan and Morgan. They don't care if you end up in collections. I just got the ghost bill from the hospital that he told me to negotiate. We had agreed that was his job. Do not recommend anyone with high paid advertisements. Their quality is cheap.

Although my car accident wasn’t a great experience, working with Farah&Farah was. Khalil Farah did an awesome job defending my case and because he did such a great job, I had complete confidence that I would be well represented. I also worked with Yinette Sanchez, her communication was great! She always returned my calls in a timely manner and took her time when explaining things over the phone to me. If I ever find myself in need of their services again I wouldn’t hesitate to call them. Same goes for any of my loved ones, I would highly recommend the law offices of Farah&Farah to anyone who’s been in a motor-Vehicle accident.
