I call Farah and Farah after a Dump truck hit me one morning on the way to work. I’ve never been though a law office for help in the pass. I’ve been hit by cars two other times, and just paid myself. I was so impressed from the first phone call back to me. The guy was very helpful and help me to understand what was next. I was in touch with Amanda and Camilla with any questions that I had. If Anytime I called, I was sure to get a phone call back immediately. Mr Rutledge really ease my mind, when ever I spoke to him. He was very professional from the first time I met with him. I had others from the firm that help me in the beginning and they were also extremely nice. On the day of the settlement Mr Farah walked by the window, I’ve only seen him on TV commercials. I was so happy to shake his hand leaving the building. Mr Rutledge knew I wanted to meet him, so he called him over. All the way to the end of my case, I was blessed and very happy for being treated with the upmost respect. I will use this firm again, and I would recommend this firm to anyone who need help. I was not able to get a hold of any insurance adjusters from the other person's insurance that caused my wreck. Casie Barnette my attorney got the case settled 6 days after my initial conversation with her. What I was unable to do in 8 months she was able to do in under a week.
