Stuck with them. 3 years of begging for updates, nothing. 3rd lawyer. If I could get a new layer I would but I signed their agreement. So, I'm stuck with this. I do not have high hopes.

Very professional staff! I appreciated the great communication and the time they would take to explain things to me if I didn't understand or needed more clarification. Please save yourself the time and frustration. You’ll get a “welcome to the family” call but never a “we’re dropping your case” call. This firm acts so kind and accommodating at first — making you feel cared about and like your case it’s important. Then, one day you’ll wake up and realize your calls and emails have gone ignored for 2+ months. Then a month later, a notice will come via mail with zero explanation as to why they dropped you, but ”urging you” to find other representation. The untimely correspondence & unprofessional nature of this firm COSTED me time, money, and frustrations in the worst time of my life. (I was victim of being hit by a speeding motorcyclist). The advice they provided was poor and simply resulted in thousands of *uncovered* medical costs. Then dropped me like garbage by not answering one day. No email, no returned calls, nothing. This type of service is criminal. To trust someone with something so personal & to just stop hearing back was not only anxiety ridden but scary. Go to a SMALL firm. Not one of these big firms that take on every case, because eventually yours won’t be fruitful enough for them & they’ll drop you without warning.

I have just started my second case with them and so far they're right on point and it's very easy and they make it very smooth and I like that and they make it so I understand the laws and the lawyer talk and all that they're awesome
