I would like to thank the team at Farah and Farah for everything. This was my first accident and not knowing exactly what to expect Lisa Cattanach and Shannon Counts made my experience as painless as possible. They were very hands on. I really appreciated there professionalism.

I have never had to work with a personal injury attorney before. I've always heard stay away from Attorney's on tv, but after being in a car accident in October, I am grateful I didn't pay the rumors any attention. THANK YOU to Rick Staggard Esq the man with a master plan from the beginning, to Verna Murray thank you for your sweet calming spirit when things seemed overwhelming. The downtown office is beautiful. I even saw Eddie Farah during a visit there☺ Farah and Farah made EVERYTHING betta(that's my tagline lol) Thanks to anyone that helped with my case you too are much appreciated! God BLESS

Don't believe the reviews, they are forcefully extracted. This firm has bad reputation among the locals, besides being fined by the government for frivolous suits. If you have a case, and you are serious about your case, go with a reputable Plaintiff's firm, there aren't very many in Jax. Stay away from same name firms.

For the first 8 months, I was unimpressed with the service that I received. Poor communication, case manager was a liar, unanswered phone calls, etc. It wasn't until I was assigned to a new attorney that I began to feel like this firm was actually working for me. Leslie did a phenomenal job, she improved communication and I feel like she really did her best. If I need a law firm again, I won't use Farah and Farah, but I'd love to work with Leslie Ng (10 stars for her).

Love the company, they're amazing. Stephanie Lisiecki was who I was working with and she definitely has a very bright future ahead of her. She was so polite and well spoken. Always there to answer all my questions and just all in all a very sweet and awesome attorney. Couldn't be happier with the outcome of my case. Thanks Farah and Farah!! And thanks Stephanie!!

My accident at work was not easy. But hiring Farah and Farah was goid descision. My attorney Bruce Fiefer was the best! He was always availble for me always returned my calls. I will recommend this law firm to everyone. Very trustfull.

I love this firm!! Bruce Feifer was so very helpful. He took over my workers comp case and in a very short matter of time he had my case finished with money for future doctors and medications I may need. I am so pleased and I would recommend Bruce to anyone who may need help with workers comp. He always kept me informed and that means a lot. He seemed to genuinely care about my case.

You see and read great reviews of how this firm put in time and research for their clients which was a definite factor in choosing them to represent us. Unfortunately, we did not have this experience with Yolanda Hewling representing my husbands work injury case against Zenith, the workers compensation insurance that abandoned my husband weeks before back surgery. He has worked as a diesel mechanic for over 25 years and this injury left him with permanent nerve damage, making it extremely difficult to not only continue to work at his profession but having a normal quality of life. His attorney did not fight for him. There was no justice. He was encouraged to settle and to settle on an amount that will never enable him to repair said above mentioned injuries. The communication was terrible. Throughout this entire process we nearly have lost everything he has worked his entire life for! If you are a hard blue collared worker who is honest and never thought you'd sue anyone, this is not the firm to represent you. They claim justice but for whom. They made sure to get him something because they could collect but the whole reason for pursuing justice was so that he could afford to repair his injuries. Now, thanks to Yolanda and the Farah and Farah law firm, that will never happen.
