Attorney Zach Altenbach has been amazing to work with. He kept me well informed and was responsive at all hours of the day. Under the circumstances Alec did a good job. He was up against a "no win" situation. I didn't realize he wasn't in Ft Myers. I would have preferred an attorney from here and one that had more knowledge with this type of claim.
We both learned a lot. It was an experience that will prepare all for future claims.
