Took a drive in my brand-new truck never thinking I would need an attorney. Then, someone paying more attention to their phone than stopped traffic rear ended us. We had the same insurance so I thought it wouldn't be hard. Wrong. I couldn't get anyone to call me back. Finally, I called Farah & Farah and Mr. Younes Lari and his awesome assistant Elizabeth took over. I can honestly say they exceeded my expectations. Mr. Lari listened to me as a person and a victim. He was efficient and very well versed in his craft. Mr. Lari always put me first and always did his homework before talking to me. He put all options on the table, offered his expert guidance but always let me make the decisions. I never felt uncomfortable or overwhelmed with Mr. Lari. He and Elizabeth returned EVERY phone call and email much quicker than I anticipated. They kept me informed every step of the way. I'd never met Mr. Lari prior to this mishap; however, I cannot recommend Mr. Lari and Farah & Farah enough. It was like dealing with family. From the moment I called Farah & Farah after being rear ended on the HWY in a State that I didn’t live in, I knew I had called the correct law firm. The understanding, articulate and knowledgeable representative took my information, assured me they could help. Soon after a lawyer called me back with a plan of what to do. It was around a month that my injuries became apparent. I believed in the past that delayed injury were a scam of some sort. Not anymore, my retina was torn and I needed a hip replacement. My lawyer and team knew that, remained patient with me. They understood my state of mind, and what I had gone through. It took about 2 years to settle. As much as that sounds like a long time, and it was, it was for good reasons (COVID) In the end I was awarded the maximum I could receive. Which wasn’t enough. Come to find out, in normal circumstances the maximum pay out or award is not a lot. It barely covered the cost of the new/used vehicle. Luckily we have excellent health insurance otherwise… It is because of the laws, insurance and how they are configured. Farah and Farah, Rick, Hannah, and Alison did a wonderful job. If nothing else they listen to me making me secure in the knowledge that I had chosen the right Law Firm.

Farrah and Farrah (Mark Hall, Esq.) won my case in only 3 months after I had been denied twice!!! They got me back pay also of way more than I expected so when I saw the money in my account, I was scared to touch it until I received my letter!!
