When Brittany Honeycutt took over the situation she was set on getting my case resolved. She is professional and efficient. She stayed in contact with me through the whole process. I am so thankful for her assistance. She definitely deserves a raise or a bonus.

From the moment we pulled up, Staci Lopez was the most accomodating, comforting, and consistently encouraging person we could ask for. She has a way of keeping you going when you don’t want to, kept us posted on the progress of our case, and never lead us on about anything. She went out of her way to keep my husband aware of the progress as well, which for her meant double phone calls, which she didn’t have to do. When she called us with my settlement amount, she even “double-broke” the news on a three way call so we could both hear how relieved and happy he was!! She has a warmth and positivity to her that kept us pushing through for the best result for us, because that’s what she actually wanted to see: THE BEST FOR US. I could never speak highly enough of the team at Farah and Farah for the results they got for me and my husband. But again, Staci Lopez was the support system we never knew we needed and are so blessed beyond words to have.

Yes the attorney handling my case was Tiffany Newcomb after two or three different attorneys tried without success to bring closure to my case Miss Newcombe was actually able to get me a reasonable settlement answered all my questions return my phone calls was completely professional at all times I really enjoyed working with her she is a credit to your Law Firm keep up the good work thank you

We're so thankful for Andrew Scott (& team) at Farah & Farah! He is very knowledgable, considerate, and cares about the person he is representing. When the other insurance company was trying to give us the run-around, he quickly put an end to it. He constantly kept us up to date and informed us of the process every step of the way. We would've been screwed over/lost if it hadn't been for his help! You never want to get into an accident, but if something ever happened again he would be our first call (after 911/insurance of course). Thanks again for everything, Andrew!
