I am extremely satisfied with experience at Farah & Farah. My attorney, Jose Cruz-Pagan, was a phenomenal help and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone else seeking aid with their case.

I used Farah and Farah to represent me for a work injury case and choosing this law firm was the worst mistake of my life. Their commercials does not live up to the performance I received. The law team I was assigned to was very stressful to work with because of their bad Communication issues with me. Meetings that was supposed to happened, was canceled and you think, they would contact me on the changes? The lawyer I was assigned to was clueless on every level of the case. When my job would threaten me and doing things to fire me, my lawyer had now advice to give me on how to handle it. He had no fight in him to fight my case. At times, I did know who side my lawyer was representing, me or the person I was suing. My lawyer represented me like he just got out of law school, clueless.

I was injured at work March 2019. I read the reviews & chose you due to ratings. Boy, was I duped! I've gone through 2 attorneys that never got back to me & I found out they both left. I called to report the lack of communication & no one got back to me either! I am very disappointed & feel unimportant. I deserve better. I'm just as important as a more severe case. My case is still not settled. I wish I chose another Law Firm. I don't recommend this firm.
