Did not expect nothing more then professionalism and expertise On my case that was represented By this firm. Jonathan my attorney was spot on in every way down to the last dollar, wish more was pushed my way but hey, every one needs to get paid. 100% Communication, this is exactly the kind of firm that makes you smile at the end, well the money helps also.. I was in an auto accident and roughly 2 years passed before my case was settled. It was a long road to recovery. Farah and Farah was there every step of the way. Thank you for all you continued support and being there for any questions that I had along the way. Emilio was kind and excellent with communication. I was told I had a case. Asked to speak with the attorney because I has questions and ended up not having a case. He wasn't very friendly either.

Mr. Presutti was very helpful. He explained things to me, and he was always updating me on my case. I appreciate him and all his hard word, IT PAID OFF :-)

I have this case to Farah & Farah 5 months ago and Wes left in the dark about my case until I received a survey invite, I completed the survey then received a call… still nothing but a quick brush of call .. then I received another survey invite which I completed again another quick call, again to no avail!!! Finally, a new representative Albert!! Scheduled a phone appt Monday @ 11:00 …. At 11:15 I called him!!! I was informed that he cannot handle my case !!! Now I have to wait to receive my release letter !!!! WTH a simple email???? If I could give less then one star I would

Truly Amazing! I would give a million stars if possible. I had Mr. Jonathon Carter as my lawyer he was extremely helpful and explained everything to me in layman’s terms so I could understand. Any questions I had he was able to answer with ease and very personable. His assistant Ms. Leeann was awesome! Very friendly smile snd assisted me with anything that was asked. Hands down greatest team! Would recommend this company over any company anytime!
