Attorney darren zeigler and his legal assistant hannah cates is great to work with. They explain everything in detail and made the process a better learning experience. I feel extremely bad because I should have written this review months ago! Someone rear-ended my son and I at full speed in Aug of 2021. I contacted Farah and Farah per the recommendation of a colleague of mine and due to not having confidence in my at the time lawyer (w/the office of Ron Sholes). It was the best thing I did for myself and my case! My lawyer was Brittany Forester (f.k.a. Brittany Honeycutt) and her assistant was Christina Durham (a.k.a. Chrissy). They were amazing and that's me putting it lightly. My spine was fractured in the accident and with it begun what felt like the worst time of my life. With every issue, Chrissy had an immediate solution and promptly addressed my needs. When I began to get depressed Chrissy without hesitate got me in contact with a psychiatrist. It aided significantly. To give you readers some insight, due to the accident my civilian employer cut my contract claiming they didn't know when I'd be back to work and militarily I was on a medical profile, therefore unable to accept orders. I had no means of income. I'm a single mom and I was literally going through it. The members of my legal team were extraordinary, knowledgeable, resourceful, and resilient. Throughout my entire cause they were always available when I needed them, despite the fact that my lawyer was going through her own accident case simultaneously. (Forgive me for not knowing the correct lingo.) They empathized with me. When with Ron Sholes I was not thoroughly advised causing me to have paid out of pocket for expenses I didn't need to and not maximizing on my policy benefits. My legal team at Farah & Farah literally took care of me. They followed up with me after every single appointment, constantly tracking my progress. They notified my of every update with regard to my case. Probably the two most important things, they wrapped up my case expeditiously. Due to the entirety of what I was going through, everything seemed like forever. However, I was signing closing statements and picking up a check in just under 6 months. Farah and Farah is very ethical. They did not slight me or rip me off at all. And they didn't allow Ron Sholes too either. Due to initially retaining them [Ron Sholes], they came at my legal team with a lien that delayed wrapping up my case and petty charges. My legal team mitigated that quickly. From intake to my legal team, they all expressed they don't "win" unless You "win" and they mean it! For resolve and peace during an already painful time, go with Farah and Farah. I'd like to also advise, their services go beyond car accidents. Not only do I recommend, I'd go with no other. Hire Farah & Farah.
