Joshua T Kaleel was in charge of our case. At first contact he was extremely up front with our case, telling us what we might expect and what we could not seek for our issues. When I was able to collect the documents he along with his staff proceeded forward with our case. He kept us appraised all along to successful end of our case. Amazing for such a big company to treat you as if you are their only client. Donna O. especially has been such a support, has listened to my traumas and sincerely listens and gives great insight. If I have any questions or doubts they take care of my questions right away. If ever I am a victim of an accident or if anything happens it feels good knowing I have such great support at Farah and Farah. They have treated me so well I’m thinking about becoming a paralegal. Anyways, if you have any legal issue then call them and they will point you in the right direction. They have helped me with getting the treatment I needed after I was hit in a car accident. I hope to get a decent settlement because this accident has totally put my finances in free fall. I have faith that they will get it done quickly. I have to finish my treatment and then they will send out for payment. I’ve lost my job, am behind on all my bills, and my father committed suicide. So I am in a tough place and need the money more than I’ve ever needed money in my life. I lost my job 2 days after this severe accident and they totaled my car. So my faith is strong in Farah and Farah to trust them with my life basically. I need these funds for survival. So it tells you a lot that when my life is on the line I have chosen Farah and Farah to get me back to where I can be productive and financially stable again. I Will update with outcome of things. I am hurting physically and I am in a financial hole that I am praying can get fixed before I lose my credit or my house. So again, I’m putting my life in their hands and that’s not easy to do but Donna has just gone above and beyond to make sure I’m okay as a human being and I will never forget how much stress and anxiety and their support and understanding with my situation. Long review but I wanted to make it clear how much they have helped me and we are still working on the case. I would love to meet the brothers and personally shake their hands for helping so many.
