My name us Gayle Long. I was represented by Savanna Cooley of Farah&farah for an injury in 2022. The services she provided to me were exemplary! She began with a phone call where she took the time to share each and every team member who would be helping me. She gave me all there phone numbers and emails. She gave me her cell number. And she answered immediately everything without exception. She gave me copies of every legal document and carefully explained each form. What was most outstanding for me was how she prepared me for arbitration. I had no idea how this worked. Savannah made it easy and ran it smoothly. She would call me weekly to keep me updated on my case. In addition, she totally handled all my medical debts and I never saw a bill. This was so huge for me because I was overwhelmed. I came to Farah and Farah in 2018 because of a car accident in the Jacksonville Area. Over the next year and a half I was involved in a couple of other accidents through no fault of my own. The team at Farah and Farah were able to handle all 3 of my cases and provide quality and consistent service. I was provided with regular updates and all of my questions were answered. They were very forthcoming with anything involving my cases. When the pandemic hit, they were able to quickly adapt to the new social distancing conditions and still scheduled all of court interviews I needed to prove my accident injury case.
