This law firm was a god send to me and my family, from the time I reached the receptionist til the time I met my attorney Mr. Rick Staggard, his team Hannah Reuter, Allison Cook and staff to name a few. Every encounter with these guys was phenomenal, courteous, straightforward and professional. My case have been over for a few months and I still reach out to them like family. This review is specifically for Joseph Abdel-Malak. In April 2021, I was hit by a drunk driver on I95 near the FL/GA border -- he was going over 100mph. I was driving a 2006 4Runner and had my 4 year old daughter and 2 geriatric pugs with me. His sedan totaled my truck. There are no words to accurately convey the trauma we experienced. I still have PTSD when I see cars coming up behind me quickly. My child still occasionally looks over her shoulder to "help you see if someone is coming too fast." Joseph took my case and quickly assured me that he would do everything he could to go after the guy who hit us. Coincidentally, the drunk driver was a repeat offender who Farah&Farah had already gone after for another client. Joseph's main concern was, "are you okay?" -- He helped me find a child psychologist for my daughter at a time when they were sparse and not many taking new clients because they were so overwhelmed by the boom in their industry due to the pandemic. The psychologist, Ms. Ashley was PHENOMENAL. My daughter still talks about her and misses her super successful sessions. Joseph made everything seamless and easy. Information, explanations, strategy, next steps. I had to do very little as his team did all the hard work and research. At most, I had to recount my experience and upload documentation. Joseph took the time to take care of my case and I know he got us as much as he could. We are very happy with the results. We are thankful for Joseph and highly recommend him and the whole team at Farah&Farah. <3
